Meet Our CEO

Welcome to HOC! My name is Allison and I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and the CEO/Founder of H-Organizational Consulting LLC. I attended Auburn University and Southern New Hampshire University while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I bring over 10 years of experience in the senior care industry, case management and logistics. I have extensive strategic knowledge in various capacities within family, business, and organizational structures. My plan designs use concepts to improve leadership capabilities, leadership abilities, employer/employee relationships and family care solutions for seniors that are specifically designed for individual and organizational growth. During my leisure time, I enjoy writing as a published poet, reading and spending time with my two children, Brandon and Jamie. I look forward to working with you and your organizational needs!
